Umpqua HTS is a Hughesnet Authorized Retailer, we specialize in you. We want you to be our customer for a long time so we can help you not only today but tomorrow as well. If you want to do an upgrade we can get you set up for that, and if you are moving we can help with that too. Umpqua HTS ( formerly Umpqua Satellite) has been in business in Douglas County for over 20 years. We are the same company just with a new name Umpqua HTS. And our installers have over 30 years experience between them, so you know the job is going to be done right the first time. We also cover a very large area from Portland to the California border. We have got you covered.
Experienced Staff
Our staff have been helping customers for over 20 years. Shirley is in the office handling the scheduling and sales needs, sometimes you will also see Jamie but most of the time he is out installing Hughesnet for our customers. Jamie and Shirley Have been married for over 30 years and have three wonderful grown up children Sean, Ryan and Samantha who knows our kids might have gone to school together.
